Setting up an account with Videoheads Ltd

New Account

Opening an account with us is quick and easy to do and we aim to get you setup as quickly as possible. We do advise that all the information required is sent to us at least 24 hours before the hire is due to start but can speed up the process if there is a tight turnaround.

In order to setup an account with us we require a few details from you in order to get you all setup:

We require 2x proof of address. These can be scans of recent utility bills from your address
Valid Hired in Insurance for the total value of the equipment. If you do not have an annual plan you can purchase temporary insurance here: Performance Media Insurance.
We require a passport or driving licence to be left at our premises for the duration of the first hire.
If you are on a cash account with us then payment will be required in full before the hire period. Unless stated otherwise.
